| As a husband and wife team with experience of designing and constructing our own bespoke family home we feel we are uniquely placed to assist you with the design and construction of your new home. We can assist and guide you through the process from the initial site finding stage all the way through to the furnishing of the completed house. As we have been through the process ourselves, we have a great understanding and appreciation of the financial, legal and personal complexities, limitations, requirements of the process and project.
We also have specialised knowledge, experience and qualifications in Architecture, Planning, the Code for Sustainable Homes, Secure by Design, Lifetime Homes and a range of other aspects which combines to create contemporary, bespoke, affordable and appropriate homes for a wide range of clients.
As a small company, both Directors have an intimate and ongoing involvement within the project from conception to completion although each Director has their own specific areas of expertise and interests. |
Ian is an RIBA Chartered Architect, RTPI Chartered Town Planner, Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor and has a wide range of experience in the residential sector from extensions through to large speculative housing developments. Ian has previously worked for a housebuilder and has a wide range of experience in the housing sector and has been interested in this field for many years. Ian’s Masters degree dissertation investigated the structures of provision for speculative house building which investigated the wide varieties of factors, pressures and obstacles to delivering high quality new housing. |
