Hunter Architects & Planners are an RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice, with a RTPI Chartered Town Planner and a Code for Sustainable Homes Asssessor. We are committed to improving the quality of the built environment. We provide a cost-effective, professional solution to projects, specialising in delivering projects to tight timetables, maximising the potential of the projects whilst creating affordable, bespoke family homes for people to live in.
Our approach is borne by our experience in building our own family home, which has given us a greater understanding of what our clients are undertaking and informs how we undertake the projects and what is important to the liveability of the homes that we create. Early understanding of our clients requirements, desires and limitations is fundamental to developing creative and successful projects and our communication and presentation techniques keep our clients fully up to speed and informed. We are able to develop and explain the project in numerous ways and we have invested in the latest communication and IT technologies enabling us to work efficiently and flexibly.
We also work with a number of consultants, craftsmen and manufacturers, including Property Surveyors, Estate Agents, kitchen manufactures etc to provide a full package and can assist with a wide range of services outside of the traditional, depending upon our clients requirements. This strong and thorough network of local and regional consultants provides a cost effective, appropriate and pro-active multi disciplinary approach to projects.
